This is apparently coming out in 3 days.
In 3 days, I’m going to start to be a total jogging addict, I think
I’ve been beta testing it and I can confirm it’s actually the greatest app ever. Full iOS release date is as specified, Android release this Spring.
It’s so intense, at one point during the first mission when radio contact was lost, I could hear them trying to contact me “Can you hear us?!” and I literally grabbed the mic and shouted, “I CAN HEAR YOU WHAT DO I DO?” even though that’s not how it works.
I’m just glad nobody was near me.
Only reason I want an Android phone, tbqh.
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
Alright yall sit your asses down I’m telling you a story
I have this app and it is one of my best purchases I’ve ever had. It endorses your running and makes you work.
The only downside is that it is fucking terrifying. One time, I was running, and got surrounded by zombies. Groaning and shuffling from all angles. And I have never ran that fast in my entire life. I completed my course(which usually takes 15 mins) in 5. I was also screaming a bit. I got some really weird looks, too.
So, morale of the story: This is a fucking scary app and I recommend it 100%.
Building muscle is probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced. Like one day your body looks a certain way and then it starts to look completely different and it’s all under your own control. Das some magic shit up in here and I’m ‘bout it.
Yeah it definitely is great, but it ain’t no magic son it’s hard work manifested into your body.
Just in case
I’m actually going to reblog a thing just because this is really important.
As someone who has epilepsy and used to have several grand mal seizures a day, I’d also like to add that “offer help” can range anywhere from keeping the person calm to explaining to them where they are and what they were doing to even just telling them they should sit and rest for a while longer (lack or coordination is common, and it can be hard to walk straight or see clearly).
It’s okay for them to take up to a half hour to fully regain their bearings and sort out what they were doing prior to the seizure. Just answer any questions calmly and be there for support.
If they come around and you start to panic or shake them or ask them what the heck is wrong with them they are going to freak out and panic too.
I cannot stress it enough that this is bad.
If someone has a seizure and they come out of it, please. please stay calm.
They are likely disoriented and confused, even if it’s only for a minute or two, and you don’t want them panicking on top of that because they can have another seizure as a result.
My little sister is epileptic (she was, she’s grown out of it now and she’s been med free for about a month!!) and it is SCARY AS FUCK to watch someone have a seizure. It’s really important that you stay calm during this time.
Also, call 911 if necessary (if you don’t know how to handle it, it lasts more than a half hour, if someone is turning blue, etc.) especially if that person is not a known epileptic, because seizures can be symptoms of other bigger, more important things.
I just reblogged this on my personal (as you can see by my lengthy comment haha) but it’s important fitblrs know this too because seizures can be caused by dehydration, and when you’re out running on a hot day with a friend, they might fall into a seizure. Now you know :)
from one insomniac to the next
this shit will put you out
there’s a whole line of these drinks pertaining to different things
apparently they’re all psychological except this one
but everyone I’ve talked to said this is the only one that actually works
the first time I only drank to where my index finger is in the picture, but I was out like a light in about 45 minutes
really helpful if you’re trying to fix your sleeping pattern for school
There’s one called Neuro Bliss and its literally what every pmsing girl needs. It’s happiness in a bottle.
I can testify that this shit is literally the fucking best okay. The neuro energy is like an energy drink but lighter and it makes you feel awake without it tasting like death. There’s a neuro focus as well and it makes it easier to concentrate on everything while still being delicious. There’s a whole huge line of them and they’re all different flavors and some are carbonated and some are not.
I see these at the grocery store sometimes.
Maybe I’ll pick one up next time I see it.
The Neuro line of drinks WORK 100% as a nightly buyer of Neuro Sleep i can fully attest to it’s effects as a very applicable sleep aid.
Neuro Trim is also good for having a full feeling, to keep you from eating too much.
IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY SLEEPING, BUY NEURO SLEEP IT WILL HELP YOU
There’s one called Neuro Gasm
Anonymous asked: hi Tiffany :) so I'm trying out for crew (rowing) in the spring but I have a long way to go before. I need to get in shape and gain a lot of core muscle and arm muscle. do you think you could tell me some good strength building exercises or refer me to a website or something that will whip me into shape? I really really want to do this but I'm not quite sure how to accomplish this. thank you so much!!
bodybuilding.com/exercise has a lot of workouts for specific muscle groups and I definitely suggest incorporating hiit into your workouts and obviously rowing, even if it;s on a machine.
